Cafe General Manager

Becky loves playing and watching sports, she played basketball and ran track at UW-Oshkosh. She is a lover of dogs, her and her husband have fostered over 20 dogs. Fun fact, she competed in the pole vault at the first state track meet in which it was a scoring event for women!

Lauren lives in Milwaukee with her partner and three kids. Though she has a very diverse work history, her happiest job has been at Joule Cafe. She loves reading, coffee, sci-fi, and her adorable cat, Olive!

Heather was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and graduated from Queen Margaret University in 2020. She moved to Wisconsin in December of that year to be with her husband Brett and her Havanese puppy Alba. Heather has worked at Joule since November 2021.

In the future, Heather would like to breed Havanese dogs until she has enough for a small army or sledding team.

Born and raised in West Allis and graduate of Nathan Hale. Amateur geologist/botanist.
